My name is Dwayne “The Deal” Wise, Chief Editor/Founder of this new sports entertainment company, our vision is to bring awareness and provide exposure to our talented student athletes that reside within all of our Charm City communities. Baltimore is one of the smallest cities in the United States according to the Census Bureau, but we are also known across the country as one of the largest crime cities in the United States. CharmCityFinest.com will shed a new light on our talented basketball community, while at the same time, provide the necessary resources to help bring hope to our next generation of student athletes.

My vision, to provide exposure to Charm City’s Finest, is shared with two of the sharpest minds of this modern era. A long time friend and advocate in the basketball universal, Gino "The Ambassador" Torelli of Naples, Italy (Marketing Scout) and a special friend, who I call "Mozart" (Design Engineer and Site Administrator) of Baltimore, MD.
