Five years back, I can clearly remember watching games at Bentlou Rec. when I quickly noticed this slim kid with corn-rolls and high socks resembling my old neighborhood friend Kwame Evans. In the early 90's, Kwame Evans was hardly mentioned in basketball conversations as a Sophomore attending Archbishop Curley High School. Now here it is, we have a shy kid, who is soft spoken, unlike his brother Che' Evans was a starter a at the famed Southern High school. Kwame used to complain about back pains and aching of the knees, but we had no idea that he would grow to 6'6" in less than 5 months.
